Directions
The Black Forest is situated in the south-west of Germany. With a length of approximately 160 kilometres, the Black Forest has a width of around 20 kilometres in the north (Pforzheim) and more than 60 kilometres in the south (Waldshut). In the west it is bordered by France and in the south by Switzerland.

About us
The Schwarzwald Tourismus GmbH (STG) – the Black Forest Tourism Board - with its headquarters in Freiburg, is the official representative of about 250 tourism communities in holiday region Black Forest. The Schwarzwald Tourismus GmbH has its headquarters in Freiburg and two more branch offices in Pforzheim and Villingen-Schwenningen.

Our guests' satisfaction is very important to us, and this is the reason we are carrying out a customer survey so that we can make sure that we can continue to improve the range of holidays in the Black Forest. Therefore we wish to seek your views and experiences to help us succeed in doing this.
This survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Your personal details will be treated with utmost confidentiality. Your replies will be anonymous.
To show our gratitude for taking part in the survey, we are entering participants into a draw with the chance to win prizes. To enter the draw you will have to supply us with your email address at the end of the survey. This address will not be linked with your responses during the survey and will only be used when drawing winners for the prizes.
The judges' decision is final. You can complete the questionnaire without supplying us with your email address.
